See what happened to me: I used it to pay to a merchant a $15.00 amount. Alert pay puts a Cash Advance type of transaction to my credit card. The bank charge me $10.00 fee as the transaction type is cash advance. When i contact alert pay, they say, they know the problem, but they cannot do any thing to it. Do NOT use alertypay unless they resolve these issues. Else you will be charged by your card company for reason hard to understand. Alert pay has few major issues. See what happened to me:
I used it to pay to a merchant a $15.00 amount.
Alert pay puts a Cash Advance type of transaction to my credit card.
