Hey just wanna say I have 2 SBI sites and I've been working my ass off for ages on them.

The results? BS!

The only gains I've made are by reading warrior forum tips. I can't wait to give up SBI and just host elsewhere, but I'm not sure how to do this.

SBI has some good stuff for new people learning but there's something VERY weird about how all the top earners on SBI suddenly come onto any forum where someone expresses a doubt.

It's just not normal. Some guy with a kiddies' games site turns up out of the blue on an SBI forum where people doubt SBI for one minute. Where's he been for the last 2 years? Nowhere. Does he really exist?
Yes he exists and he gets a PR4 link from SBI! Guess why his site is doing so well? Perhaps the PR4 link provided by SBI?

Yep, SBI doesn't deliver what it says for MANY people. I'm happy for those who succeed with it, but those who fail (and there are many because I've linked to their sites and later found their sites are dead) don't ever say anything about their failure. If they dare to, they get ejected and banned from forums. Their posts get deleted and they get pushed out by strange forum freaks.

They tell you to put on SBI blinkers but I've only started doing ok since I took them off and started reading other stuff.

SBI works for some of us, but certainly doesn't work for a lot of others.

They won't tell you that though.

By the way, I won't post my URL because the man at the top might end up banning my website.

Thanks, good posting for site build. How willing would you be to express an opinion or ask a question if you got flamed for your supposed ignorance?

SBI is not a scam. That might be a bit harsh. It can be considered over-priced if you were to add up the value of what (it seems) some SBI users actually access each month.

The range of tools, data, tracking and page building tools all taken together would be of more value than the $30 a month it costs. However, who actually needs all that?

For some, SBI will be a welcome relief as a lot of the backend stuff is done for you. So in those cases people are paying for a service. For others it will be a $300 (per year) failure as the SBI model does not suit everyone.

For the most part I think SBI has got a bad name because of many unscrupulous affiliates (you do not have to own an SBI site to be an affiliate) who promote wildly unbelievable cr*p about the earnings potential.

For the record, I have an SBI site but I do not wildly promote it or rave about it. It pays for itself and I get to use a range of powerful keyword tools for no net outlay. It is also a great way to get my other sites indexed real quick.

As with any product/service it will suit some and will be totally inappropriate for others. It's a choice really. If you want to know more about my experience, visit my blog for a bit more info. The link goes to my blog, not the SBI site and there are no affiliate links there.
